Solutions presently has a core team of 11 full-time employees, supplemented by a pool of part-time staff and project-based experts. Steering the company's operations are its distinguished partners, Mr. Iyad Joudeh and Mr. Rani Nahhas. Furthermore, as a member of the International Consulting Alliance (ICA), Solutions leverages a vast array of resources and expertise to address diverse opportunities effectively Solutions serves the Palestinian private sector, public sector, international business and development partners, and non-profit organizations, through its bespoke services that are tailored to the needs of the clients and driven by real market data. The consulting services range from strategy articulation, institutionalization, assessments and process optimization, business planning, market studies, industry analysis, financial modeling, capacity building, among others.
