This 140-keys-resort superior), the first Western standard full service yacht resort on Myanmar´s West coast at the Bengal Sea. It initially serves as hosting location for the 2013 South East Asian (SEA) Games´ sailing competitions and afterwards as high-end yachting and vacation resort. The NSYC includes hotel rooms, beach bungalows and tents (for budget travelers), 3 F&B outlets (incl. nightclub), yachting clubhouse, outdoor pools, Spa, fitness & conference facilities, tennis & soccer courts, marina and boat park.
