Since 1952, Eastern Trading is a trusted wine merchants. It stocks over 300 wines in our 1952 boutiques conveniently scattered in Mauritius. For 60 years Eastern Trading, l’esprit du vin, has specialised in the importation of fine wines. We do not produce our wines but chosing them for our customers proves just as difficult and challenging. Our philosophy is to find the very best quality for our clients and to share with them the passion that we have inherited from generation to generation. Founded in 1952 by my grandfather Philippe Lenoir and later handed to my father Jean Pierre, Eastern Trading now houses around 300 different wines from France, South Africa as well as other parts of the world. Our suppliers are partners, a number of which we can call friends as they have been supplying wine to our shops for over 50 years. We have a diverse range of clientele as we supply the local market through our 6 wine boutiques branded 1952, many hotels as well as other wine related businesses that require our services around the island. Our strength is our common desire to share good wine and a strong sense of our core values: tradition, sharing, passion, happiness and ethics.
