The Concept: Ikigai is a Japanese concept indicating a sense of purpose in our life and a reason for being. One finds Ikigai when all aspects of their life come together and remain balanced. Our Founder, Anthi Maneta, deeply inspired from that concept, named her own quest of purpose “My Ikigai”, conveying at the same time her personal mission as well as her company's mission. Our Vision: It was always the sense of Anthi Maneta, the founder of My Ikigai that: Whoever works in Hospitality develops in a way, some magical powers that can change their life and many Peoples’ lives forever. Therefore, her dream and the reason she decided to found My Ikigai is to establish Hotels as a dream place to work and Hospitality as a career of first choice.
