This allows clients to tap into our knowledge base for job sizing, engagement surveys, policies and procedures, performance management, performance reviews, restructuring and redundancies, disciplinary processes and more. We recruit across a broad range of sectors and roles and are well versed in working with kaupapa Maori organisations, community and not-for-profit organisations. In July 2023, we opened our Hawke’s Bay branch and earlier this year we employed specialist consultants to cover the Taupō and Tauranga regions.
