XTC is a boutique consultancy which decided to transfer from in-house HR Management to HR Management as a serrvice (HRaaS). Based on our prior experience, we decided to set up a service where personal relationships are more important than formal processes, where mutual trust and transparency are more important than speed, where matching talent with corporate culture is most important.
