Muenzer Bharat Pvt. Ltd. is a 100% subsidiary of Münzer Bioindustrie GmbH, Austria – a European leader in UCO-based biodiesel production and waste-to-energy solutions since 1991. Based in Mumbai, we focus on the structured collection of used cooking oil across India, partnering with food businesses and local authorities to ensure safe and traceable disposal. The UCO we collect is exclusively used for the production of renewable biodiesel, eliminating its re-entry into the food chain and reducing its harmful environmental impact. Through our operations, we aim to improve public health, support India’s renewable energy goals and enhance energy self-sufficiency. Our work reflects Münzer’s global commitment to sustainable resource use, innovation and environmental responsibility under the guiding principle “Energy From Waste”.
