Mindanao Forge Company, Inc. is a manufacturing company that produces high quality horseshoeing tools and accessories. We export our products all around the world, mainly in the US and Europe. The company was established on May 07, and was founded by Dr. Jack Roth, CEO. In 2020, Sylvia Roth, his daughter, began to take over in managing her Father’s legacy. She has been running the business with dedication up to the present. The first tool ever produced was the Hoof Knife and from there, we have increased to more than 20 product lines. With our most popular products namely the Hoof Nipper, Shoe Pull-Offs, Crease Nail Puller, Our Clinchers, Fire Tongs, Hoof Knives, Aluminum Shoeing Boxes and many more. Since then, the company has tremendously grown from just five employees in to now more than a hundred employees. Our goal is to ensure our mission and vision by continuous self-improvement, growth in our operations and employees; while maintaining profitability to the benefit of our customers, employees, and community. All employees will work together in combining their efforts and skills to ensure our mission, vision and goals are fulfilled in a cultivated manner. We are hard-core in this business and we will stay that way. It is our mission statement. It is our company culture. It is who we are. It is what we do and we have no other interests.
