Insurance Company Dobrobut Ta Zakhyst

In July 2001, the insurance company “DOBROBUT TA ZAKHYST” was established in the form of a closed joint-stock company. At the same time, the company became part of the Foxtrot Group of Companies. Since 2006, IC "DOBROBUT TA ZAKHYST" has been the general insurance partner of the Foxtrot Group of Companies. In May 2006, the shareholders of the insurance company changed the development strategy of IC "DOBROBUT TA ZAKHYST", which required the replacement of management and soft rebranding. Since August 2006, the insurance company has been developing a regional network. According to the results of work in 2007, IC “DOBROBUT TA ZAKHYST” was included in the first 70 insurance companies of Ukraine according to various indicators, and also became a member of the club of insurance payments. The chairman of the board of the company entered the rating “TOP-100. The best Top - managers of Ukraine." In 2008, the insurance company became a member of the League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine, winner of the Golden Mercury award in the nomination Best Insurance Company, which was noted in the ratings of the Guard of Brands, as one of the best companies in Ukraine, which is developing dynamically. In September 2008, a change in the structure of shareholders occurred; a foreign investor entered the Company.
