UNEP's mission is to provide and encourage collaboration and action to care for the environment by inspiring, informing and empowering nations and people to improve their quality of life without compromising that of future generations. UNEP works to achieve change for people and nature by delving into the causes of the planetary triple crises of climate change, the loss of nature and biodiversity, and pollution and waste.
