Faculty Of Administrative And European Studies

Faculty of Administrative and European Studies in Podgorica was founded in May 2005. It is a mixed ownership institution and represents one of the first examples of the Public–Private–Partnerships in Montenegro. The study programs of the Faculty of Administrative and European studies are divided into the undergraduate program and postgraduate programs. Undergraduate study program covers the contents in the field of the public law and the state as a whole (legal, economic, sociological and other aspects of functioning of the legislature, the executive and the judiciary). This part of the program is connected to the so-called European integration matters. The students will face the relevant current subjects in the field of public law and public administration, and related to that, the conditions of the future functioning of Montenegro in the European Union. Postgraduate programs of this Faculty are shaped to provide the current relevant knowledge in the field of the Public Administration and European integrations. These programs are primarily aimed at the civil servants and other public employees, but also at the other interested persons from Montenegro and the region. Besides that, certain functional knowledge will be taught as well (e.g. Human Resources Management, strategic planning, project management, public relations, etc.).
