Agriculture Growth Network is a social enterprise that helps small and medium scale farmers increase productivity and profitability while creating employment opportunities for the youths. We do this by offering practical, marketable, and relevant training in modern agricultural practices and agribusiness skills to the youths and the farmers and provide them with access to micro-loans to finance their bankable projects at affordable interest rates. We help them increase profitability by giving them access to a broader market to sell their products through an e-commerce platform. 1- Why we exist (purpose).(Uplifting Africa’s agriculture sector while creating employment opportunities for the youth.) 2- Vision statement.(Becoming the leading hub for agriculture growth in Africa.) 3- Mission statement.(Helping Small and medium scale farmers increase productivity and profitability while creating employment opportunities for the youth.) 4- Overarching Goal (We want to empower farmers in the next ten(10) years and provide employment opportunities to youth in the sector of agriculture production, clop, and animal product value addition.)
