The African Connection is committed to providing young Africans with the tools they need to thrive in higher education and employment. Our program offers training and resources to help them define their professional brand and take ownership of their career success. By empowering young Africans to develop their professional identities, we are creating a more equitable future for our continent. As a registered U.S. 501c3 organization, The African Connection is dedicated to empowering Namibians by offering free professional resume and cover letter reviews, as well as a supportive community. Our mission is to: 1. Provide Namibians with access to free professional resume and cover letter reviews to help them secure employment opportunities. Create a supportive community of individuals and organizations that are committed to helping Namibians succeed professionally and personally. Foster relationships between Namibians, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure Namibians have the resources they need to advance their career goals. Create educational programs and resources that promote the importance of lifelong learning and career development in Namibia.
