FUJIAN HECHENG ENTERPRISES LIMITED, has three manufacture bases-one in Quanzhou, China, two in Vietnam. The factory in China, named with QUANZHOU HECHENG BAGS CO,LTD, and the one in Vietnam, named with HECHENG ENTERPRISES VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED and JIAJUN LEATHER VIETNAM CO, LTD. The plants in Vietnam were managed by the local people who are clearly know the culture and law there, and the QC & technician team were trained to reach the level as our China’s factory. Most projects will be handle by the sales in our head office on China,including the sample development, materials purchasing and shipping arrangement.We always try our best to satisfy our respectful clients, and our goal is to bring the value beyond their expectations.
