Change Management Institute
The Change Management Institute is a global, independent, not-for-profit association of change professionals. Founded in 2005, we exist to advance the discipline of change management by members, for members — always pushing the boundaries of what the profession can achieve. We welcome a diverse community: from those just beginning their careers to senior leaders shaping change at scale. Every member is part of a supportive, global network that shares knowledge, challenges thinking, and builds capability. In today’s world of rapid business, technological, economic, and social disruption, change management is more relevant than ever. We are the voice of the profession — and your voice within it. By connecting globally and providing fresh thinking, tools, and models, we help practitioners stay at the top of their game. Our mission: to promote excellence in the management of change. We do this by setting standards, providing education and resources, supporting practitioners, and showcasing the value of change management across industries. Membership delivers three pillars of value: Credibility — Gain accreditation through independent assessment, be recognised for your expertise, access over 250 professional events and recordings, and strengthen your career prospects worldwide. Capability — Build your skills through the Change Portfolio Management Training, the Change Practice Playbook, and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK®). Explore clear career pathways supported by guidance and development opportunities. Connections — Join a vibrant international community, engage in global forums through the Member Hub and App, connect across industries, and contribute as a volunteer while expanding your network. With members in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Czech Republic, Slovakia and beyond, we’re proud to be the global home of change professionals. Learn more and join us:
