Thus, they rent other people's homes and grow wealth for their landlords. We decided it was time to make the journey to homeownership much more convenient and inclusive. NUMAI's rent-to-buy service enables people to start accumulating personal wealth before becoming official homeowners. NUMAI is the first in the EU to introduce the Rent to Buy model. Within the first two years of operation, we became the largest buyers of residential real estate in our home market.
