The CNMI Broadband Policy & Development Office (BPD) leads the Commonwealth's efforts to expand, strengthen, and future-proof broadband infrastructure and digital opportunities across Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. Our mission is to ensure all residents of the Northern Mariana Islands have access to reliable, affordable, and high-speed internet—enabling opportunities for education, healthcare, economic growth, and community resilience. As the implementing agency for federal broadband initiatives such as the BEAD Program, we work with government agencies, local communities, and private-sector partners to build a more digitally connected CNMI.
