The Cavalla Institute Of Ocean Governance Ci-Og

The MRI-GLS is a science-to-policy platform that raises ocean literacy and fosters research in both the legal and scientific aspects of ocean Governance in Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea and Côte d’Ivoire. The Institute champions capacity building in the MRU to empower member states to implement, individually or collectively, their international obligation to protect the marine environment, promote cooperation for sustainability in the region and enable them to meaningfully participate in global ocean governance.
