National Cyber Security Authority - Rwanda

NCSA is mandated to build the necessary cybersecurity capability to secure the integrity of Rwanda's cyberspace and sustain social and economic development. Established in 2020, the institution works to lead coordination and guidance of public and private institutions on strategies to defend the Rwandan cyber space, while also establishing and promoting national cyber security education programs which foster awareness of cyber security amongst the Rwandan population. These initiatives originate from the belief that widespread knowledge on cybersecurity principles will maintain Rwanda's upwards trajectory, and ultimately sustain access to all for social and economic development.
