Founded in 1977 in Denmark, we have grown from a grain brokerage into a diversified platform spanning commodity brokerage, shipping, terminals & logistics, digital market intelligence, processing and energy infrastructure. At the core of the Group is Copenhagen Merchants A/S – one of the world’s leading independent agricultural commodity brokers, connecting buyers and sellers of grains, oilseeds and feed ingredients across global markets. This brokerage expertise is complemented by in-house shipping through Navi Merchants, a growing terminal and logistics network in Northern Europe, and CM Navigator – our digital platform providing market data, freight analytics and decision-support tools to traders worldwide. Our integrated model enables us to deliver efficient turnkey solutions, minimizing risk and complexity for our partners by combining market insight, execution strength and logistical control. We work closely with clients across the value chain – from producers and trading houses to millers, feed producers, maltsters and industrial end-users.
