BD Grondbeheer Foundation secures biodynamic agricultural land for future generations. BD Grondbeheer Foundation acquires and leases agricultural land to agricultural enterprises. It enables farmers and horticulturists to use the land sustainably for the long term: economically profitable, nature-inclusive and in harmony with its environment. BD Grondbeheer Foundation manages over 533 hectares of agricultural land. In addition to donations and bank financing, it develops new financing instruments to accelerate the transition to sustainable food and agricultural system. Recently, BD Grondbeheer has committed itself to a number of partners who support its objective and add something to it in various areas;(i) a community element (Herenboeren),(ii) the importance of working together with the farmer on biodiversity and a healthy soil (Wij.land) and exploring new business models and financing forms (Triodos Regenerative Money Center ).
