Kenoz Caviar
Kenoz is a pioneering company in the cultivation of Beluga and Oscietra sturgeons in Chile, which since 2010 has dedicated its efforts to the cultivation, harvest and production of caviar, sturgeon meat and refined premium quality preparations. Its cultivation centre is committed to caring for the environment, reusing 95% of the water in its pools and, thanks to its innovative technology, allows significant energy savings. It also places special emphasis on responsible species cultivation, rearing its fish without vaccines or antibiotics in large open-air pools. After a decade of great dedication in the care and cultivation of its sturgeons, today, an unprecedented event in history, it launches the first Chilean caviar, the southernmost in the world. Oscietra Sturgeon caviar is one of the world's most appreciated products, and this particular caviar has been celebrated by discerning food critics as a product of excellent quality and flavour.
