But Hendriks goes far beyond wheelchair transport (PRM). We are also active in a wide range of specialized niches of assistance and mobility. For example, we provide crew transport between Brussels Airport (Zaventem) and various hotels, as well as within the airport grounds itself. Under the name IHcT, and in close collaboration with Red Cross Flanders, we ensure the daily distribution of blood supplies to all Flemish hospitals. We also manage nuclear transports on behalf of UZ Gasthuisberg, reflecting our commitment to safety and precision in highly sensitive operations. In addition, our dedicated team delivers PRM Assistance at Brussels Airport, offering guidance and support to passengers with reduced mobility both in the terminals and across the airport grounds. Both IHcT and PRM Assistance operate 24/7, every day of the year, ensuring continuous and reliable service. And since 2024, Hendriks has proudly taken on an important new role: providing ‘De Lijn Flex’ on-demand public transport across multiple regions in Flanders. With this, we bring accessible and flexible mobility even closer to the people who need it most.
