URBAN POWER helps municipalities, regions, companies and private developers in the making of decisions about urban development, architecture and urban spaces in a visible process and on a transparent basis with a focus on sustainability and co-creation. URBANITY, BUILDINGS and URBAN SPACE We design the sustainable cities of the future with a focus on urban cohesion in projects that concern both urban planning, buildings and public space. We make an effort to provide the greatest possible value for the customer and users as well as society and the surrounding environment. PROCESS AND CO-CREATION We ensure consistency between sustainability and development project from the very earliest thoughts to the finished project. We do this by combining development projects with the processes needed to realize them. CITY STARTER / BYSTART With a special method and platform that we have developed specifically for sustainability in urban development, we facilitate the process, which ensures an overview of the parties, so that the right decisions are made the right time. The method and platform create the greatest possible value for both developers and authorities and ensure that resources are used in the best possible way. The platform has been developed in collaboration with the Council for Sustainable Construction and Realdania and has already been implemented in several municipalities and with private developers.
