HRBS employed expert Human Resource Professionals to deliver HR Best Practice Solutions and unique administrative and logistical solutions to immigration, labour and payroll matters to enable clients to focus on their core business. HRBS serviced 42 clients in Public and Private Sector, State-Owned Enterprises, NGOs and Development Partners in PNG. No project was too big or small for us, however after 6 years of understanding the market and successfully providing our clients the human resource solutions for their businesses and most importantly given the constantly challenging and changing landscape in the Human Resources industry we decided it was time to go global. We embarked on rebranding the business to call ourselves HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS. This gives us renewed focus on boardening our target market of human capital & management consulting solutions, at competitive pricing using technology innovatively to become a major market disruptor.
