AgileMe is a non-profit association and the proven leader in Agile in Taiwan. We have been promoting Agile with the aim of helping individuals and organizations become truly efficient, adaptive and future-focused. Based on the values of Scrum and the Agile manifesto, members at Agile Me have been dedicated to integrating various professionals such as UX researchers, designers, marketers, business analysts, engineers and QAs with the Agile mindset, principles and practices. At Agile Me, we believe in stepping up product delivery and the value of building and working in a truly self-organizing and cross-functional team. Founded in 2013 by Percy Pofeng Hsu, an Agile practitioner in Taipei, Agile Me has been using Agile to empower business owners, stakeholders, and team members to create a shared vocabulary. Our members are certified trained professionals who have been playing critical roles in advocating the Agile practices while making an impact on major enterprises, government agencies, universities and local Agile communities. Over the past few years, we have been hosting influential and well attended Agile conferences in Taipei- Nexus in Taiwan, 2019 A 1-day seminar and experiential workshop where participants learn how to scale Scrum and deliver successful product development projects using the Nexus Framework- Taiwan Agile Cross-Industry Conference. 2018 Stepping-up product delivery in different types of business environments with proven Agile techniques and practices. A 2-day seminar and workshop connecting strategic planning to Agile team execution- Taiwan UXA Agile Conference.(UX + Agile) 2017 A 2-day Agile conference that focuses on equipping the Scrum teams with the user-centric mindset and hands-on skills- Taiwan AUX Agile Conference.(Agile + UX) 2016 A 2-day Agile conference that equips UX professionals with the Agile mindset to streamline their work processes to foster better collaboration with Scrum teams.
