Dear Sir, We are pleased to submit our quotation for the provision of qualified and reliable manpower to support your operational and project needs. With our experience in workforce management and commitment to quality service, we are confident in our ability to meet your requirements efficiently and professionally, Essential terms & Condition: Saad Al Mubarak Est. will arrange the manpower only. Working Hours & Schedule: Normal working hours shall be 10 hours per day including break, 6 days per week. Any excess hours beyond the standard working time shall be considered as overtime and should be clearly indicated in your quotation with applicable rates. Weekly Schedule & Overtime Policy: Friday shall be considered a day off, and any work performed on Friday will be treated as overtime. Compensation for Friday work will be paid at regular or overtime rates, subject to prior discussion and mutual agreement. Ramadan Working Hours: During the month of Ramadan, working hours shall be limited to 6 hours per day in accordance with labor regulations. Any additional hours worked beyond this limit will be considered overtime and will be compensated accordingly, based on the agreed rates and prior mutual consent. Emergency Medical Support: Provision of basic emergency medical care (first aid) shall be under the responsibility of the first party. In case of any incidents or injuries on site, the first party will ensure immediate first aid assistance and necessary support in line with workplace safety standards. Logistics & Welfare Support: Transportation, food, and accommodation for the deployed manpower shall be provided by the Saad Al Mubarak Est, inside of Riyadh only and for the out of Riyadh the first party Will bear the cost. All arrangements will be made to ensure a safe, hygienic, and comfortable living and working environment in compliance with applicable labor and welfare standards. Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 10 days from the date of submission of
