GiftedLab – Strengths-Based Career & Education Guidance | Career & Life Design for Families By creating GiftedLab multilingual consultancy (French–English–Croatian–Serbian), I turned my long career search into a mission not only to help guide sensitive, complex, creative & gifted/2e youth, but to all who needed my help. My present programs include: • SSP Junior – support for parents of children (6–12) to nurture strengths into skills and authentic self-confidence • SSP Teen – Educational and career guidance for teens to choose schools, studies, and activities aligned with their strengths and values. • SSP Restart – for adults redesigning their careers with purpose, clarity, and a strengths-based fresh start • SEL and Career Educational Resources (Flashcards, etc.) My approach Blending science-based tools with creative, human-centered coaching, I use strengths assessments, career exploration, and a personalized educational plan built on curated activities, projects, and tailored learning. I help parents and teens spot blind spots early — and transform them into clarity, confidence, and growth. Through SEL-based personalized learning, we build on strengths, address weaknesses, and foster self-awareness, balance, and well-being. It’s a blend of self-discovery and practical planning tools — making guidance both emotionally meaningful and future-ready. GiftedLab’s Mission Now, my goal is to build a multilingual platform to democratize career guidance (French-English-Croatian-Serbian), helping children, teens, and parents design education and career paths based on their strengths, socio-emotional profile, and unique motivations.
