At Lavastone Properties, we develop, acquire, lease and manage commercial and industrial properties in Mauritius. The geographical location and description of Lavastone Properties’ assets are developed in our Asset Portfolio section. The main source of revenue for the Group is rental income derived from its yielding properties. At Lavastone Properties, we understand the commercial real estate dynamics, and have managed to build a portfolio of Grade A tenants. Over the years, driven by our ambition to strive for the best, we have secured long lease agreements, thus securing a steady flow of income. Our competitive rates and sustained level of service having contributed to this success, we have today more than 60 tenants.
