At FRAKTAL we transform both quality and scale of impact across the global south by supporting large, visionary funders to select better, support better and scale better. We typically support large ($500k+), multiyear grants and impact investments from international funders committed to making an impact on the world's most critical social issues and environmental challenges, many of which disproportionately affect the global south. We do this through portfolio strategy and blueprinting, expert due diligence, partner support (strategic handholding, programmatic support, leadership coaching and organisational development) progressing to scale-readiness incubators and scaling accelerators; all led and informed by current and ex practitioners with deep experience rooted in the global south. FRAKTAL's team of evaluators and mentors is globally distributed and is comprised of impact experts and non-profit leaders with decades of experience designing, leading and executing impact projects on ground in challenging and low resource environments. Founded in 2021 and launched for public access in 2025, Fraktal has already worked on grant pools of $10-20m with visionary international funders based typically in Europe and the US, evaluating and supporting their grants and investments in a wide range of countries across Eastern and Central Europe, South and S.E. Asia, Africa and Latin America.
