Calia Group is a family-owned holding company established in 1988, founded by two optometrists, Eduardo dos Santos and Marta Burgos. Their journey in optics began with the opening of the first Multiopticas franchise store in Portugal. Nearly two decades later, in 2007, they launched their own brand, Opticalia, in the Portuguese market. By 2012, the brand expanded internationally, establishing a presence on the African continent. With over three decades of dedication and expertise, Calia Group has remained steadfast in its mission to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions for each patient's unique needs.
