NSIC is a joint venture established in April 2022 between International Maritime Industries and Zamil Group Holding Company. This partnership brings together IMI’s global expertise and world-class facilities at Ras Al-Khair, combined with Zamil’s long-standing technical know-how in offshore support vessel shipbuilding and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO).
