ATP Private Equity Partners (ATP PEP) was founded in 2001 as the independent private equity arm of the Danish pension fund, ATP. Today, ATP PEP is one of Europe’s largest institutional investors in private equity targeting funds across Europe and North America. ATP PEP has a dedicated team of 14 professionals, with more than 160 years of combined experience and 17 years of average industry experience among the investment partners. Through the management company Private Equity Advisors Aps, ATP PEP has more than €10bn under management in eight different funds: ATP PEP I, ATP PEP II, ATP PEP ATP PEP IV, ATP PEP V, ATP PEP VI, ATP PEP VII and ATP PE. The limited partnership ATP PEP VII was established in 2020 and has a commitment of €800m from its sole limited partner, ATP. ATP PEP VII is actively making fund commitments and co-investments.
