مؤسسة غير حكومية تهدف إلى جمع كافة الخبراء الليبيين المقيمين داخل و خارج ليبيا في جسم قانوني واحد و تحت مظلة واحدة للعمل بشكل جماعي كفريق إستشاري متكامل هدفه الأساسي هو التعاون مع كافة الجهات و المؤسسات الحكومية الليبية و مساعدتها فى حل جميع المشاكل و التحديات التي قد تواجهها أثناء أداء مهامها. كما تسعى مؤسسة خبراء ليبيا لعرض مقترحات و أفكار و مشاريع لإصلاح و تطوير و تنويع الأقتصاد الليبي بطرق علمية حديثة مبنية على المعرفة و الإستفادة من التجارب الناجحة في الدول الأخرى. A non-governmental Institution that aims to bring together all Libyan experts residing inside and outside Libya in one legal body and under one umbrella to work collectively as an integrated advisory team whose primary goal is to cooperate with all Libyan government agencies and institutions and help them solve all problems and challenges that may face them while performing their tasks. The Libya Experts Institution also seeks to present proposals, ideas and projects to reform, develop and diversify the Libyan economy in modern scientific methods based on knowledge and benefit from the successful experiences in other countries.
