Bylc Graduate Network

BYLC Graduate Network (BGN) is an alumni association of BYLC. BGN is governed by an elected board of BYLC graduates. It aims to provide a platform that enables its graduates to exercise leadership for individual as well as communal development. Bangladesh Youth Leadership Center (BYLC) is a registered non-profit and non-partisan youth leadership training institute in Bangladesh. BYLC exists to promote competent and compassionate leadership in society. The mission of BGN is to foster pride in, belonging to, and lifelong engagement to the vision and values of BYLC, to act as the communications portal for graduates, friends, and partners of BYLC at home and abroad, and to nurture the diversity, excellence and leadership ventures of the graduates in service to the greater community. The objectives of BGN are: • To foster a strong network and promote a culture of community among all BYLC graduates • To design and host programs and events that facilitate continuous development of leadership skills • To celebrate the achievements of graduates, and keep them updated on exciting new developments and opportunities at BYLC • To organize public service and community development initiatives to apply learned leadership skills
