Pro-EMA is a social enterprise that provides professional training through its restaurant-school and salon to young Timorese women coming from vulnerable social-economic backgrounds. With a team made up of resilient women, some themselves survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse, Pro-EMA's restaurant team not only delivers quality meals to our customers in our restaurant, but also provides nutritional meals and nutrition education to mothers and caregivers in displacement camps and communities around Timor-Leste, through our solidarity kitchen. Pro-EMA hopes for a world were there is good food for everyone, everywhere!
