The founder and managing director at Geed Consulting established the company in February 2022 after years of cultivating the idea of starting a business management consultancy. Having worked in the technology industry as well as having an extensive experience in the humanitarian field and hospitality industry, the managing director observed and experienced a consistency gap in local companies' internal structures and subsequently the impact this gap had on their employees’ productivity and performance as well as on companies’ profitability and ultimately the effect it had on their end users, the customers. Geed’s primary goal is thus to support local companies in establishing sustainable business improvement processes to help them become more: • Consistent in their operations • Support them to eliminate unnecessary and non-value- added steps • Standardize main processes • Digitalization & process automation (modernizing of current business operations)
