These days, he combines the impressions from his travels and his vision of being the first address for discerning gourmets in the Alpen Sport Resort with the legendary fondue restaurants and the Rote Wand Schualhus with the Jausestuba and the Chef’s Table, resulting in a “must” for gourmets from the four corners of the earth.
