The company has established eleven real estate private equity funds with a total investment capacity exceeding €2.8 billion. ICECAPITAL REAM Ltd operates as a licensed alternative investment fund manager for these real estate private equity funds. In 2025, ICECAPITAL expanded its fund asset management business beyond real estate private equity funds.
