This “Omicon” formed on 1st March 2006 with the name Omicon Developments Ltd. by the acquisition of the Lecture Group, the main concern of which was a fully automatic and computerized Book Publishing. The other Business wings was Manufacturing Consumer Products, Software Outsourcing and trading business.
