Tertiary Qualification Requirement: The Cadet program seeks individuals who already possess a tertiary qualification, ensuring that participants have a solid educational foundation to build upon. Psychometric Assessment: Candidates undergo a comprehensive psychometric assessment to evaluate their alignment with the profile of a successful sales executive. Holistic Training and Development: It includes four intensive Sales Training Modules that include Prospecting, The Sales Process, Building Trust and Likeability and How to deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction. These modules do include coaching and mentoring. This training is provided at no additional cost, following the completion of the initial assessment. Additional training modules will be developed and added to their learning platform. NCA Accreditation: A unique feature of The Cadet program is the National Credit Act (NCA) accreditation, offered in partnership with Moonstone.
