The Management Training Bureau (MTB) was established in1984 under the Manpower Planning and Development Act (chapter 28:02). MTB has now been strategically repositioned through Statutory Instrument 78 of 2020 (S.I 78/2020) as a National Strategic Institution in the provision of national capabilities in critical skills shortage areas
