Established in 2006, Borderlink has a very dynamic and innovative approach to training, and we can customise our training and consulting programmes. Our current training methods focus on combining current management theories, Information Technology for our needs assessment and programmes. Our services include conducting a Training Needs Analysis where we are able to assess and evaluate the specific training needs a company requires. We specialize in (but are not limited to) fulfilling your needs in the areas of Customer Service, Time Management, Effective Business/Proposal Writing Skills, Critical Thinking in the Workplace, as well as Handling Difficult People/situations. Training is also delivered in the areas of Project Management, Business Analysis, Risk Management, Agile Project Management, MS Office, and Oracle Primavera. Our programme facilitators are passionate and dedicated to a high level of professionalism, as well as recognising the need for global applicability of each programme.
