We consult our clients on the tax effects of investments, merger & acquisition activities, reorganization and alternative tax arrangements. Advising our clients on the defense of unjustified demands of tax authorities within the context of tax audits and extra-judicial remedies is also a part of our portfolio of services. Consulting services can be provided both one-off and within long-term engagements. Thanks to our relatively high ratio of certified tax advisors in the company, and our experienced team we are able to satisfy highly sophisticated client demands. We operate across Germany and advise our clients directly on their premises if needed. We also provide international companies with English-speaking support and services for their activities in Germany. For matters of fiscal offense law we can rely on our longstanding network of specialized lawyers.
