Asnani Steel Industries was established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 1997, however the company’s roots in steel and building materials trading date back to the mid-1970's through its affiliate, Loyal Building Materials Company. The Company was one of the first manufacturers and exporters of hot rolled, cold rolled and galvanized ERW tubes and pipes in the UAE. While headquartered in Dubai, the manufacturing operations are based in the Northern Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Both companies, Asnani Steel Industries, and Loyal Building Materials company, continue to serve the Middle East region and several African and Asian countries with steel structural and building materials.
