Development Evaluation and Progress Assessment (DEPA) Consulting is focused on providing consultation and capacity building services in the following areas: monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system design, program/project evaluation, performance monitoring, needs assessment, institutional development, policy planning, data and information management and other related services. We aim to improve the impact of the projects, programmes and policies through high quality services, innovative techniques, and the tools to guide evidence-based decision-making. Our team consists of national and international experts from different countries, specialized in particular fields, having strong academic knowledge and extensive practical experience. DEPA Consulting works with multilateral and bilateral donors, international and national non-governmental organizations, and host country governments and counterparts.
