CHOKO LAKAY is a Haitian company founded in 2016 with the aim of enhancing the cocoa value chain in Haiti while promoting the sustainable development of agribusiness. We produce fermented cocoa beans making them darker and sweeter in flavor. Our chocolate has a rich, smooth flavor profile. It is enriched with calcium, iron, potassium and fibers and is ideal for low-fat diet. The fine powder easily liquefies in boiling water, making it ideal to bake smoothies, brownies, cakes and pies for delicious hot chocolate. It is dark brown in color, aromatic odor and without the addition of food additives. Our certified cocoa beans come from the terroir of Haiti, produced by speculators from the far north. Our product ranges: Chocolate Powder, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Bar, Cocoa Nibs, chocolat Tea, cookies, spreads.
