Since 2022 our founder Paul McAlister MRICS has provided long-standing and new clients with Construction & Property Consultancy services. As of 1st January 2024 the limited company, or GmbH, commenced services with Paul as the Managing Director. The consultancy is based in Berlin but servicing clients both locally and internationally who have real estate or construction interests in Germany. As LEVEL we have accumulated 20 years of professional experience providing technical consultancy services to investor, developer and landlord clients. LEVEL is an RICS accredited company.
