Mingati looks at the world differently - we are a youth-run East African social enterprise in the making that primarily works with NGOs, development partners and private sector actors to develop innovative solutions to the challenges faced by changemakers and entrepreneurs. As one of the few experts on social innovation management, we bring a unique lens to innovation growth strategy grounded in local experiences. We help organisations and business leaders develop deep insights into the needs of the communities they work in, align around a shared vision of the future, and then create momentum to get there. Our approach to innovation consulting is collaborative. We build the capabilities of our partners and communities, not dependence.
