We currently own and manage over 650 rental units, consisting of Mobile Homes, Mobile Home Parks, warehouses, retail stores, single family homes, duplexes, Motel, outdoor storage, et.c We also have several books non-fiction books published, Mobile Home Wealth, and Mobile Home Wealth Part 2. We have a new book coming out in the summer 2011 called How To Get a Good Deal on a Mobile Home/ or Get One for Free. Mr. Silver is also an award winning fiction writer, having over 200 short stories published, 3 novels, and 10 plays, all under his pen name, Zalman Velvel.
